Rice wraps


Red lentil and rice wrap (or rice wrap or spelt wrap)

1tbsp of hummus

2tbsp Beans

2tbsp Peas

2tbsp Corn

1/8cup of Brown and wild rice

1tsp Dijon mustard

1tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Cook  1/8 cup of brown and wild rice with 1/4 cup of water. Add beans, peas and corn.
  2. Once cooked add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Lay wrap on flat surface
  4. Spread hummus on one side of wrap.
  5. Put rice, beans, peas and corn in horizontal line slightly off-centre.
  6. Roll wrap
