11 chicken thighs
1/3 cup cup soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
Handful of cashews
Teaspoon of garlic powder
Sprinkling of ginger powder
Sprinkling of salt
Table spoon of olive oil
1/4 a cup of organic pineapple juice
2 green onions
- Mix together sauce ingredients.
- Pour sauce mixture over thighs.
- Bake for one hour at 425F. Flips the thighs halfway through and then drop the heat for the last 15 mins to 400F if the chicken is looking to crispy.
- Serve to a platter and chop fresh green onion and mango and sprinkle on top and serve.
