Healthy Chocolate (gluten-free, dairy-free)

1/2 c MELTED organic coconut oil
6 heaping tbsp organic raw CACAO powder (not cocoa)
4 tbsp organic 100% pure maple syrup
dash of sea salt
nuts of choice crushed (optional)


  1. Mix all together and spoon into chocolate mould, or line cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour out and spread FREEZE for 15 minutes.
  2. Pop out of mould or break into pieces (work quickly the coconut oil will start to thin) and keep in the fridge.
