Honey Cranberry Granola

Makes about 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups of nuts & seeds of your choice ( I use: pumpkin, sunflower, pecans, almonds & walnuts)
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup honey
1.5 tablespoons coconut oil – melted
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Couple pinches of pink Himalayan salt
1.5 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. If whole nuts were bought, pulse them in a food processor to break them up a bit.
2. In a bowl mix together everything except hemp hearts & dried fruit.
3. Place mix on parchment paper lined cookie sheet & bake at 325 for 13-15mins
4. Once the mix has cooled down, break it up and mix in hemp hearts & dried cranberries.
