Moroccan Chicken

Moroccan Chicken 
6 organic chicken thighs
1 organic red pepper
1 organic yellow pepper
2 organic zucchini
1/2cup red lentils
2 cans of chickpeas
2 jars of organic tomato and basil sauce
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of curry powder
11/2 tsp of garlic powder
8 small sprigs of saffron
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of salt
Small sprinkle of cinnamon
  1. Put all into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
If you would like to add a bit of heat you can add some chilli powder and cayenne powder
You can also add cauliflower and peas as well.
Saffron rice
 3 cups of rice
4 1/2 cups of chicken broth
7 sprigs of saffron
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tsp of butter
1 tsp of coconut milk
A pinch of garlic powder
  1. Mix into a rice cooker and cook on rice setting.
