Simple Layered Nacho Dip
Ingredients:
1 container Spread’em Kitchen chives and garlic cashew dip
1 container organic refried pinto beans
Half a jar of your favorite organic salsa
*Optional- a handful of organic spinach, chopped up
Instructions:
Take an 8×8 casserole dish and spread the dip across the bottom to make the first layer. Next spread the beans on top to make the second layer. Finally, pour the salsa over the bean layer and gently spread with a spoon.
*If using spinach, place on top of the beans to create the third layer. Then add the salsa on top as the fourth layer
Turn oven on to broil. Cook dip until slightly bubbly. Let cool for a couple minutes before serving. Keep leftover dip in fridge. It can be reserved hot or cold.
