 Banana Fritters (gluten-free)

Banana Fritters (gluten-free)

Ingredients

3 bananas , mashed

1 cup of all-purpose gluten-free baking flour

1 cup of goat’s milk/almond milk

1 egg, lightly beaten

½ tsp of vanilla

2 tbsp of maple syrup

4tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Heat oil in medium pan over medium heat. Drop about 1 tablespoon of mixture into pan. Repeat and space out the fritters.  Cook until golden brown (approx. 3mins a side). Flip fritter until other side is golden brown.  Remove fritters from pan and place onto plate.
