If I’m not consuming dairy, where do I get my calcium?

It is very true that cow’s milk has a high percentage of calcium within it, but what does that cow eat in order to have that high calcium content? That cow is eating green grass.  The most bioavailable form of calcium, the best way for you to consume calcium is from your green leafy vegetables.
