What is the connection between consuming “vegetable” oils and cell membranes?

We call them “vegetable” oils, which makes many people think that they are these healthy fats that we should be consuming. Vegetable oils are actually industrial oils, that have been manipulated and changed so that they are not healthy for us to be consuming. These industrial oils include: canola oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, soy oil. These are industrial oils that are not healthy for us to be consuming.

One of the major problems with consuming these oils is that our body does not see them as problematic or foreign, so our body will take these unhealthy oils and incorporate them into our cell membranes. This is decrease the integrity of our cell membranes. Then we won’t have strong, healthy cell membranes. Cell membranes decide what gets into our cells and play a role in how our body functions, how healthy our systems are.

This is why we need to remove industrial oil or vegetable oils from the diet. Our body cannot decipher between healthy and unhealthy oils and these unhealthy oils are becoming part of us and this is decreasing the health of our body.

These unhealthy oil are not just from our cooking, but if we consume any deep fried foods at restaurants then we’d be consuming these unhealthy oils.

These unhealthy oil, called vegetable oils, are decreasing the integrity of our cell membranes. If we want to have good, strong cell membranes, which will equate to us having good, strong, healthy functioning bodies then we need to be removing those industrial oils from the diet.
