What tends to happen in our society is that we blame other people for our own immune system. I was on a plane or a train and I caught a cold from them; or I was in class and there was someone else who was sick and I caught a cold from them; or my kid goes to preschool and there are lots of kids with snotty noses and my kid was around those kids and brought that cold home.
The truth is whether we get sick or not is a reflection of our own immune system. It depends on my immune system whether I get sick or not.
We are surrounded by thousands of viruses on a daily basis and it is whether our immune system is lowered enough whether we get sick or not.
It is really important that we keep our own immune system really strong.
Whether we get sick or not is not the responsibility of other people, it’s our own responsibility.
We need to make sure that we take care of our own immune system. Our immune system is our protection against all of the different infectious agents and viruses that are out there. It is about how strong our own immune system is whether we get sick or not.
Our immune system is our protection. The better we take care of our personal immune system, keep our immune system as strong and as healthy as possible, that will be the best defense against any infection that we come across.
