Why is structured water important to our health?
What we learned in school is that there are three phases of water: liquid, solid and gas.
Our human body is about 70% water. The water that is inside of us is different than the water that we drink. Researchers have discovered that there is a fourth phase of water. This researcher is Dr. Gerald Pollack. He discovered that there is a fourth phase of water and this phase of water is more like a gel-like water or plasma, an electric plasma. He found that the water can become structured, it divides into negative and positive charges. This structured water is what is inside our human body and creates health in our body is called fourth phase water or exclusion zone water or EZ water, or structured water as the water forms a lattice-like structure.
The benefits of structured water is that it will help to improve our health because the more structured water in our body, the better the water in our system flows. We need to be able to build structured water in our body, is what we are trying to say when we say we need to ensure we are drinking water and staying well hydrated.
One way that we can build structured water in our body is by adding radiant energy to water, it helps to build structured water. One way we can get radiant energy is from the sunlight. So we want to make sure that we are getting sunlight on a regular, daily basis. The sunlight not only gives us vitamin D, it also helps to build structured water in our body.
The other way we can get radiant energy is from infrared saunas. So spending time in an infrared sauna will help to build structured water. The water in our body absorbs the radiant energy and makes us have more structured water in our system and increases that exclusion water of the water, increasing the negative ion space within the water.
We can build structured water in the body by taking in living foods, like plants, vegetables, fruits, which naturally have structured water within them. When we consume these foods, we are taking in structured water.
Another way we can build structured water is through grounding. This is where we come in contact with the earth, so walking barefoot on the ground, help us to absorb negative ions from the earth, and these negative ions help to build structured water in our body.
The fifth way that we can be building structured water in the body is by drinking structured water. There is a number of ways we can do this. One way is based on the research by Emoto who showed that you can change the structure of the water by giving the water messages like love and compassion. Just thinking those thoughts to the water can change the water. It sounds like it wouldn’t make a difference but it definitely does and there is research behind it that shows this and it is repeatable research. So you need to think those positive thoughts that this water will nourish us. You can put that water into sunlight, and the water will absorb that radiant energy from the sun. There are also different tools and different filtering systems that make structured water.
