Is cow’s dairy important for bone health?

The western world is the highest consumer of cows dairy and has the highest rates of osteoporosis.

Body needs to maintain its pH in a very tight range.

When we are consuming more acidic foods, such as wheat, cow’s dairy, sugar, animal protein, caffeine, alcohol, then our body needs to compensate for the acidity by pulling minerals, including calcium, out of the bones, as these minerals are alkaline and they will buffer the acidity in the blood.

Therefore, consuming acidic foods including cows dairy will actually contribute to osteoporosis.
