Honey chicken

Ingredients

11 chicken thighs
Sauce:
1/3 cup cup soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
Handful of cashews
Teaspoon of garlic powder
Sprinkling of ginger powder
Sprinkling of salt
Table spoon of olive oil
1/4 a cup of organic pineapple juice
2 green onions
1/2 mango

Instructions

  1. Mix together sauce ingredients.
  2. Pour sauce mixture over thighs.
  3. Bake for one hour at 425F. Flips the thighs halfway through and then drop the heat for the last 15 mins to 400F if the chicken is looking to crispy.
  4. Serve to a platter and chop fresh green onion and mango and sprinkle on top and serve.
