There are many people with digestive tract issues. Our digestion is essential to good health.

  1. Decrease the Inflammation – “putting out the fire”. We need to decrease the major inflammatory foods and toxic load. We need to put out the fire before we can do any healing.
  2. Heal the lining of the digestive tract. When there is a lot of inflammation within the digestive tract this can lead to damage to the lining of the digestive tract and we end up with spaces or holes between the cells, which compromises the integrity of the digestive tract.
  3. Balance the microbiome/microflora of the digestive tract. We have a number of bacteria and fungi that live within the digestive tract and this can be disrupted from eating the wrong foods, increased toxic load, taking antibiotics. A number of different things that disrupt the balance of the microbiome in the digestive tract.
  4. Re-establish proper function of the digestive tract. Re-program the immune system.
